There can be several reasons behind login issues. Start by ensuring you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the latest version of the app. Common issues include:
a. A mismatch between your Interactive user and your VUU user, causing the application to fail.
b. Possessing a VIU user that hasn't been activated or lacks the necessary authorization, often resulting in a blank page within the app.
c. Your session may have been terminated. User sessions are ended at regular intervals. To resolve this, tap the authority button at the top right to log out and then log back in.
2-) I want to reset my password. What can I do?
Our system is integrated with Interactive, allowing you to reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.
