◆ The Story
The tale unfolds in the distant future, on a ravaged Earth.
Humanity survives on "floating islands"
adrift in the endless sky.
To aid people in these harsh conditions,
a divine power provided "floating island ships" and "machine soldiers."
This knowledge brought prosperity and improved lives.
Yet harnessing this wisdom required
a power source known as "Solar."
Conflict erupted over this precious resource.
Countless machine soldiers fell in battle,
and in their place, dragons emerged.
Still, the divine entity offered a new challenge to the warring factions.
"Place the Warrior of the Ring aboard your vessel,
and establish a new order across the skies.
The floating island of the greatest champion
shall be rewarded with abundant 'Eichi.'"
Based on performance, participants may advance to ranks like Sora.
The "Ukishima Battle," where divine wisdom is bestowed,
was decreed to occur once every five years.
And so the world, centered on this event,
began its new cycle.
