Important Notice: Please Read Carefully!
Due to hardware constraints, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips in Troika cards.
Electronic tickets are saved in the Troika card's memory, so you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to add tickets to your card.
The electronic purse feature allows you to choose and record (purchase) a specific amount for your travel needs.
We support over 90 types of tickets, covering all existing options, including tickets for the Moscow Central Diameters (MCD), Moscow Central Ring (MCR), and various social cards (including those for students).
To reserve funds, enter your payment card details in the app (rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us).
Remember to position your Troika card near your device's NFC antenna (refer to your device's user manual for the antenna's location).
Funds are only deducted from your payment card once the new ticket is successfully written to your Troika card.
