Also called Noughts and Crosses or Three in a Row, Tic Tac Toe is a classic paper-and-pencil game for two players. They take turns marking spaces on a 3x3 grid. A player wins by aligning three of their symbols in a row, which can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal.
This version of the game limits each player to three chips. Once a player has placed all
their chips on the board, they must move their existing pieces to try and form a row of three.
You can play against another person or challenge the built-in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
