Note 1: You can disable persistent background notifications using one of the following methods:
(A) Long-press the notification, select "All Categories" to access settings, and turn off "Background Services".
(B) Navigate to "Settings → Apps → Taiwan Weather", select "All Notifications", and disable "Background Service".
Note 2: The legacy GCM notification system was discontinued on April 11, 2019. Users who have not updated to version 5.2.0 or higher will no longer receive push notifications.
