Palace - Free Classic Card Game (AKA Shed, Karma or "OG")
Palace was the go-to card game in my high school cafeteria during the 90s. Known internationally, it's particularly popular among backpackers according to Wikipedia.

Challenge eight unique AI opponents with distinct playing styles or compete live against your friends.
Game Rules
Setup:
- Each player receives 3 face-down cards (can't be viewed)
- 3 face-up cards placed on top
- 3 cards dealt to hand
- Option to swap hand cards with face-up cards
The player holding a 3 or next lowest card starts.
Gameplay:
- Play equal/higher value cards (singles or multiples)
- Draw cards to maintain minimum 3-card hand
- Special cards: 2s (wild, resets pile) and 10s (clears pile)
- 4-of-a-kind clears pile like a 10
- Must pickup pile if you can't play
Win Condition:
- Play hand cards first
- Then face-up cards
- Finally face-down cards
- First to empty their cards wins
