Each player starts with 8 cards, while the remaining cards make up the "Draw Pile." The top card is flipped to begin the "Discard Pile."
On your turn, place a card on the Discard Pile that matches the top card by color, number, or action. If no match is possible, draw from the Draw Pile. Once you've played a card, pass your turn to the next player.
Stacking Rule: You can stack +2 and +2 wild power cards to raise the stakes for the next player. Keep in mind, however, that a +2 cannot be played on a +2 wild.
The first player to empty their hand wins the round. The game ends when a player reaches the target score.
