HoYoverse has unveiled the exciting details of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, titled 'Among the Forgotten Ruins,' set to launch on March 12th. This update promises to shake things up in New Eridu with an engaging narrative and the introduction of new characters.

What’s Happening in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?

In this update, Proxies find themselves entangled in a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, who has them scrambling to secure a mysterious artefact tied to the Sacrifice. However, the phantom thief syndicate, Mockingbird, is determined to throw a wrench in the Mayor's plans. Other factions also vie for the prize, adding to the complexity of the situation. Amidst this chaos, characters Hugo and Vivian display suspicious behavior, leaving players to wonder about their true intentions. Dive into the drama by watching the trailer below.

Version 1.6 introduces a new unit, Anby Demara, who transitions from Soldier 0 and leader of Silver Squad to an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent. She wields dual swords to deliver powerful Electric damage. Joining her is Trigger, an ace sniper from Obol Squad, who steps in as an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent. Trigger's ability to enter Sniper Mode allows her to dodge attacks and take precise shots, enhancing her team's Quick Assists.

Some Are Making a Comeback

Returning characters include Pulchra Fellini, an A-Rank Physical Stun Agent from the Sons of Calydon, alongside S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent Burnice and S-Rank Ether Attack Agent Zhuyuan, who will have rerun banners. The new boss, Geppetto, will challenge players in Hollow Zero.

The update also introduces Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge, pushing players to their limits. A new gameplay mode, Shadow Operation, adds special effects to each battle stage, such as increasing damage based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule brings third-person sniper gameplay, allowing players to engage in actual sniper missions. Additionally, March On, Tiny Titan! lets players control a Bangboo drone for unique challenges, while Little Knight's Big Charge offers ten different trials with rewards like Pulchra as a playable agent.
