Star Trek Blu-ray collections follow a predictable pattern - periodic reprints gradually sell out until a new edition appears. As a '90s kid, The Next Generation (1987-1994) remains my undisputed favorite Star Trek series, despite strong contenders like DS9 and Strange New Worlds. Picard will forever be my captain, supported by an unforgettable crew - Data, Troi, Worf, Riker, Geordi, Beverly, and yes, even Wesley Crusher. While the first two seasons show their age, the entire series remains a beloved nostalgic comfort.
