Polytopia Championship Offers $10K Prize

Midjiwan, the indie developer behind The Battle of Polytopia, has unveiled its 2025 World Championship – an electrifying global tournament launching this fall. Players worldwide are invited to compete in this premier esports event hosted by the studio.

The Ultimate Polytopia Showdown

The Polytopia World Championship will feature the game's popular Battle of the Tribes theme. Competitors can select among 12 distinct in-game tribes, each offering unique regional flavors and strategic benefits mirroring the core gameplay experience.

The competition begins with open qualifiers, giving all players equal opportunity to prove their skills. Top performers advance through tribe-specific playoffs and elimination rounds, ultimately vying for one of six coveted spots in the Stockholm finals on December 6th.

The championship culminates in a live in-person final, broadcast globally for viewers to witness the action and enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes content from Midjiwan's development team.

All matches will be hosted on the official Polytopia Space within the Challengermode esports platform, with qualifying rounds commencing September 13th.

With a $10,000 prize pool, this championship marks the most significant competitive milestone in Polytopia's nine-year history. Visit the event's official page for registration details and full tournament information.
