A Decade of Bringing Premium Indie Games to Mobile
Playdigious has officially reached its 10-year publishing milestone, celebrating a full decade of making high-quality indie games accessible on mobile. Founded in 2015 by Xavier Liard and Romain Tisserand, the French publisher has specialized in adapting acclaimed PC and console titles for touchscreen devices.
A Legacy of Standout Titles
Over the past decade, Playdigious has curated an impressive catalog featuring more than 25 premium mobile adaptations. Their portfolio includes smash hits like the roguelike masterpiece Dead Cells, Norse-inspired strategy game Northgard, atmospheric horror title Little Nightmares, and the inventive deck-builder Loop Hero.
The publisher continues expanding its collaborations, recently partnering with Dotemu, Tribute Games, and Paramount Game Studios to bring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge to mobile platforms after its initial Netflix exclusivity.
Branching Into Original Content
Marking a strategic evolution, Playdigious launched Playdigious Originals in June 2023 - a dedicated publishing arm for developing indie titles from conception. This summer will see two new Originals launches: tactical RPG Crown Gambit and rhythm-based adventure Fretless: The Wrath of Riffson. These follow February's puzzle-platformer Linkito, signaling the publisher's growing investment in original IP.
Anniversary Deals and Discounts
To commemorate their 10th anniversary, Playdigious is offering 50% discounts until May 28th on fan-favorite mobile titles including:
