How to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2
The Hand of Wisdom and Action is a Unique Glove that can drop when you defeat Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss. You can encounter Xesht within the Twisted Domain, which is accessible via the Realmgate on the Atlas by using a Breachstone. The Realmgate is conveniently located next to the starting point on the Atlas, which you can easily find by clicking the home icon to center the camera on this spot.
Alternatively, you can acquire HoWA through the Path of Exile 2 official trading website. Be prepared for a hefty price tag, though, as even the least desirable rolls on a HoWA can fetch multiple divines.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
There are two primary methods for obtaining a Breachstone in PoE 2:
- Combine 300
Breach Splinters: You can gather Breach Splinters by farming Breach map nodes on the Atlas. These splinters are fairly common, but you'll need to clear numerous Breaches to amass the required 300. Can You Use Orb of Chance to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action
Unfortunately, no. The Hand of Wisdom and Action is exclusively a limited drop from Xesht, We That Are One, and does not appear in the regular loot table like items such as Astramentis, 
Headhunter, or 
Polcirkeln. Therefore, you cannot use an 
Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps to try and obtain it.
