Marvel Rivals Updates
Kirisaki-themed Skins for Loki and Hela
NetEase announced via Marvel Rivals’ official Twitter (X) account on April 21 that new skins for Loki and Hela would soon be available. The skins, named Loki’s Shin Sagi-Shi and Hela’s Yami no Karasu, draw their design from Marvel’s Kirisaki Mountains in the Demon Days comic series, which reimagines Marvel characters through the lens of Japanese folklore and mythology.
This isn't the first time Marvel Rivals has ventured into this theme; Peni Parker’s Yatsukahagi skin was recently released, and more are expected based on their social media teasers. Loki and Hela’s new costumes will be available starting April 25 at 2:00 UTC. While pricing details haven't been disclosed yet, fans can look forward to these skins coming with special emotes, stickers, and additional in-game perks.
In conjunction with the skin reveal, Marvel Rivals launched Art Vision Vol. 01, a video series where the game's art developers share insights into their creative process. Marvel Rivals Art Director Dino, along with other design experts, delved into the "inspirations and foundations for designing the world of Marvel Rivals," providing a fascinating look behind the scenes.
