For years, the Furnace in Clash Royale faded into obscurity—just another passive building quietly spawning Fire Spirits while players focused on flashier tactics.
Everything changes now!
With the launch of Season 74 today, Supercell has completely revamped the Furnace. Gone is its static defensive role—it's now a mobile combat unit breathing new life into one of the game's original cards.
This transformation follows the Goblin Hut's earlier redesign, but Supercell has gone further by fundamentally reimagining the Furnace's mechanics. It now actively contributes to battlefield engagements.
Though still a 4-Elixir Rare card that summons Fire Spirits, its functionality is totally new. The Furnace marches forward, attacking ground and air units with single-target ranged strikes from six tiles away.
Its Evolution, Hot Spawns, revolutionizes gameplay—Fire Spirits now emerge every 1.8 seconds instead of five, alternating patterns to maximize area control and damage output.
