Event Entry Requirements:
To join the Exercise Surging Storm event, you need:
- Adventure Rank 20 or higher.
- Completion of the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue.
Begin your strategic battles at the Knights of Favonius Headquarters in Mondstadt.
Gameplay Overview:
The event starts with helpful tutorials. Here's a simplified breakdown:
Before each wargame, select Combat Units (your troops) and Stratagems (buffs/power-ups). Units have various types (AoE Damage, Flying, Ranged, Melee), each with strengths and weaknesses (e.g., Melee counters Ranged).
Analyze your opponent's lineup and adjust yours using the bottom-right effectiveness diagram. Remember, changing your lineup costs Reinforcement Points, so strategize carefully.
Unit Types Explained:
- Melee Units: High damage absorption, but slow.
- Ranged Units: Long-range attacks, but low health.
- AoE DMG Units: Damage multiple units simultaneously.
- Flying Units: Evade ground attacks, immune to certain damage types.
