The Flexispot C7 packs a punch with features usually found in more expensive chairs. It includes an automatically adjusting lumbar system, adjustable seat depth, armrests, seat tilt, headrest, and 128 degrees of recline, making it a versatile and comfortable option.

Flexispot C7 Review (without footrest) by Bill Loguidice

The FlexiSpot C7 is a reliable chair, but for its price point, I would have preferred a more premium-feeling material like leather, and more attention to details like cushioning. The inability to lock the wrist rests in place can be a bit of a nuisance. If you're okay with these quirks and value adjustability, the C7 is a great choice. Its understated design fits seamlessly into professional office settings. If you're after something more flashy or luxurious, you might want to explore other options.

Flexispot E5 Electric Standing Desk

$379.99 save 47% $199.99 at Flexispot

In my opinion, the Flexispot E5 desk is the best value electric standing desk on the market, offering all the premium features you'd want. Currently, the base only is available for $199.99 (normally $379.99), with desktop surfaces starting at $80. This model is the most affordable to feature dual motors, which can handle up to 287 pounds and distribute stress evenly, ensuring longevity. The desk's double crossbeam structure prevents sagging, and the steel legs with a 3-stage column offer a greater vertical range (from 23.6" to 49.2"). It also includes an essential anti-collision feature and a keypad with three memory presets and a sit/stand timer. The E5 comes with a robust 10-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical components, including the motor.

For an additional $140, the Flexispot E7 offers enhanced build quality, a higher weight threshold of 355 pounds, more accessories, and an extended warranty. The legs feature a professional aesthetic with laser-welded seams and a powder-coated finish. The advanced keypad includes an LCD display, more memory presets, a built-in USB charger, and a child-lock function. Additionally, it comes with a cable tray for organized wiring and a 15-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical parts, including the motor.

The E7 Pro is Flexispot's premium offering, recently released and not as heavily discounted as other models. Currently, it's available for $419.99 (normally $599.99) for the base only, with desktop surfaces starting at $80. Boasting the highest build quality, it supports a weight capacity of 440 pounds. Flexispot claims the E7 Pro's motor outperforms standard dual motor setups, providing smoother and faster movement. It includes enhanced cable management options and comes with a 15-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical parts, including the motor. This is arguably one of the best standing desk deals available right now.

Flexispot E7 Pro Review by Billy Givens

"The FlexiSpot E7 Pro stands out with its simple yet effective keypad, quiet dual motors, near-perfect cable management, and excellent stability, making it a top-tier standing desk for both work and gaming. Whether it's your first desk or an upgrade, it's hard to find a better option at this price point."

Consider getting a desk frame here and the desktop surface elsewhere

I currently own three standing desks. One came with a desktop, but for the other two, I opted to source my own. For one, I chose a 74"x26" maple veneered countertop from Ikea for $199. For the other, I selected a 48"x25" solid wood countertop from Home Depot and finished it myself. You can't go wrong with these choices, and there are many other options available. The key takeaway is that Flexispot's standing desk bases don't require their proprietary desktops. If you prefer to install your own desktop, as long as it's within the weight limits, go for it.

How does Flexispot compare to other brands?

Speaking from personal experience, I own a Jarvis Fully, a Vari Ergo, and a Flexispot E5. All three are excellent desks that have performed flawlessly over the past three years. The Flexispot E5 is significantly more affordable than the other two, yet I struggle to see where the extra cost goes. For roughly the price of a basic Jarvis Fully, you can get the top-tier Flexispot E7 Pro and still save money.
