On April 25, Funcom unveiled plans for a dedicated weekend to test Dune: Awakening's global beta, alongside a captivating new trailer that showcases the game's cinematic cutscenes and intriguing story elements.
The beta test promises an influx of new players and, unlike previous closed betas, will not be bound by an NDA. This freedom allows participants to share their experiences and even stream their gameplay online. According to Funcom's announcement, "With access to the first 20 hours of the game and most of Act 1 of the story, you will get a taste of both spice and story."
