If you've been diving into Haegin's latest Dreamland update in *Play Together*, you might have been enchanted by the unique mechanic of entering this zone by sleeping. But have you ever wondered what would happen if your character's whimsical dreams took a sinister turn? Now, with the new Nightmare update, you can explore this darker side of Dreamland.
Dreamland has transformed into a Nightmare under the sinister influence of the Queen of the Night. Not only are Nightmare monsters invading the dream world, but they're also spilling over into the 'real world' of Kaia Island. To restore order before the event concludes on May 21st, you must confront the Queen and her minions.
You'll face five distinct types of Nightmare Monsters, like the Sneering Pillow and the Abandoned Doll, roaming the island. To vanquish these foes, you'll need to wield the newly introduced Dream Gun. Successfully defeat all these monsters, and you'll be rewarded with the unique mount, Bed Consumed by Nightmares!
**Night Terrors**
But beware, the normal creatures of Kaia Island have also fallen prey to the nightmares. You'll encounter new types of fish and insects, which you can catch and trade for Nightmare Essence, the event's special currency.
In the Dreamland Workshop, you can now craft nightmare-themed furniture, including the eerie Nightmare Music Box and the haunting Nightmare Garden Lamp. Plus, you can adopt a new pet, the Nightmare Sheep, to accompany you on your adventures.
