Deadlock's February Update: Minor Tweaks, Major Impacts
Valve continues its steady stream of Deadlock updates, this time focusing on refinements to four heroes and several key items. The changes, while seemingly small, significantly impact gameplay.
Calico suffered a substantial nerf. Her Return to Shadows ability received a ten-second cooldown increase, and 20% of its speed boost was shifted to tier 2. Additionally, the damage output of her tier 2 Leaping Slash was reduced.
Sinclair received a visual overhaul with updated sounds and animations, and his Rabbit Hex ability is now area-of-effect (AoE). Holliday and Wraith also experienced nerfs, though specifics weren't detailed.
Item adjustments include nerfs to Ammo Scavenger (fewer stacks, no health bonus) and alterations to Extra Stamina and Restorative Shot, which no longer boost fire rate and weapon damage respectively.
