In a recent post on the Monster Hunter account on X/Twitter, Capcom warned players about the consequences of engaging in fraudulent activities: "To ensure a fun and fair experience for our players, we will take action against accounts participating in fraudulent ranking activity, such as the use of cheating or external tools. Accounts deemed to be in breach of this may be suspended, or have restrictions placed on them, such as being unable to receive rewards from these quests." This stern warning underscores Capcom's dedication to preserving the integrity of the game.
Moreover, Capcom highlighted that the repercussions of cheating extend beyond the cheater themselves. Players who join multiplayer hunts with cheaters risk having their quest completion times invalidated and their "right to rewards" revoked for the entire party. Capcom advised players to be vigilant and avoid playing with those suspected of engaging in prohibited activities, urging them to report any instances of cheating they encounter.
The new quests will offer attractive rewards, including cosmetic pendants. Some rewards will be distributed to all participants, while others will be awarded based on Completion Time or the hunter's ranking. The Time-Based Competition Quests will be accessible through the new Arena Quest Counter in the Grand Hub in Suja, which players can unlock by completing a special tutorial mission.
