Call of Duty: Mobile launches Season 5, dubbed Primal Reckoning, on May 28, 2025, at 5 PM PT. Expect a thrilling mix of futuristic chaos, a zoo-themed battlefield, and an exciting collaboration with NieR: Automata.
Zoo Map Arrives on Mobile
Originally featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops, the Zoo Map is now tailored for mobile combat. This mid-sized arena includes dilapidated animal enclosures, deserted gift shops, and a monorail track cutting through the action.
In Battle Royale, Buy Machines are now available on the Isolated Map. Collect cash by eliminating Operators, then spend it on gear like armor, Perks, or Scorestreaks, including powerful items like the Purifier flamethrower.
The new Battle Pass offers Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, and themed gear. Customize your Combat Axe and Smoke Grenade with fresh skins, and wield the VMP, a new SMG hitting Multiplayer and Battle Royale.
NieR: Automata Collaboration Steals the Spotlight

The NieR: Automata event lets you command the YoRHa Unit in a dynamic campaign against Machine Lifeforms. Complete objectives to earn action points, unlock new paths, reach checkpoints, and gain Skill Chips.
Unlock the Kui Ji – YoRHa No. 9 Type S operator and four NieR-inspired melee weapons. Upcoming Draws feature Kestrel – YoRHa No. 2 Type B and Fiona St. George – Commander White.
