Sony has officially revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for May 2025, bringing an exciting mix of titles that cater to a wide range of gaming tastes. Among the new additions are highly anticipated titles such as Sand Land, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy, and Battlefield 5, alongside several other notable games.
The full list of additions was shared in a recent PlayStation Blog post, offering subscribers a diverse selection of six titles for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers. These games will become available starting May 20, providing players with a variety of experiences spanning multiple genres and gaming generations.
For PlayStation Plus Extra members, the highlight of the month is Sand Land, a PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 action RPG based on Akira Toriyama’s popular manga series. Alongside it, fans can look forward to diving into Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the newly enhanced S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. This special edition, which launches simultaneously on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S, offers improved performance and visuals. GSC Game World has confirmed that console owners of the original trilogy will receive the Enhanced Edition for free—though it remains unclear whether this offer applies to PlayStation Plus users.
Premium subscribers gain access to one retro-styled gem this month: Battle Engine Aquila. Available on both PS4 and PS5, this sci-fi action title lets players pilot a versatile combat vehicle capable of engaging enemies on land and in the air.
